Cousin Maxwell Arrives!!!

On August 26th Baby Maxwell Thomas Sano arrived! Conor rushed to the hospital the moment he found out. While Conor waited to see Baby Maxwell he was in the best mood. He laughed and squeaked and giggled. It was almost as if he knew what was happening!

Conor is 2 Months Old

On August 13th Conor went for is 2 month doctor's appointment. He now weighs 12 lbs. 14oz. and is 23 1/4 inches long. He had his first round of shots, but he was such a trooper. We were so impressed! (Mommy and Daddy couldn't even watch!) He is absolutely adorable! Conor enjoys it when his mommy and daddy read his favorite book "You're My Little Love Bug". The book plays music and lights up, which is why he likes it so much. Conor LOVES his swing. It is his favorite spot...he would swing for hours if we would let him!

Back to San Antonio!

Apparently Conor didn't get enough of San Antonio the first time around. He went back with his momma to spend some quality time with the grandparents. For me personally, it was really weird being away from him for days at a time and quite honestly not something I enjoyed. I am of course able to put my feelings aside and do what is best for my baby. After seeing some of the pictures, I know he had a great time down there and it was well worth it. Unfortunately without me there to regulate, his Mom and Grandma took him into Neiman's. I'm really hoping that isn't something he is going to become accustomed to. Mom joked around that when he was a little older he would be asking me to take him to Neiman's and Nordstroms to go shopping. (Has his Grandma ever looked happier??)

Two months old!

As you can tell by the pictures, we have started a tradition where every month we will take Conor's picture in our red chair. What is going to be really funny is when he is 16 years old and we are still making him get in the red chair for a picture.

It's a really neat time in his life because he is starting to respond to us more. You can see in the second picture that we can really make him smile and if we are really lucky, laugh out loud. It is the neatest thing watching him smile about all types of little things. For instance, he has this one toy that has flashing lights and when they start going he gets the biggest smile on his face.

Conor goes to Church

Today for the first time in his short life, Conor went to church. We weren't quite brave enough to take him inside the actual church so we stayed out in the lobby with all the other screaming kids and their poor parents. We kept him in his car seat and attached that to the bugaboo so that we didn't wake him. Fortunately, he actually slept through most of the service. He did start to open his eyes a bit so we went ahead and held him for a while (mainly because we wanted to show him off). It was really cute towards the end of the service because at communion he was given a little blessing :) I've included a picture of Conor and his mom (doesn't she look amazing!?) in front of the church as well as a another picture I absolutely love.
