Baby Conor has a Tooth!

Baby Conor woke up Easter morning with a surprise...his first tooth! He's already bitten Mommy's nose with it!

High Five Baby Conor!

Baby Conor learned how to high five...he thinks he's so cool now!

Baby Conor's First Easter

Baby Conor celebrated his first Easter by attending the morning church service followed by Easter Brunch at The Cheesecake Factory. He was joined by his Aunt Barb and soon to be Uncle Jeramy and his Aunt Natalie and Kyle. Conor wore his snappy new Easter outfit given to him by his Aunt Barb. His Aunt Natalie gave him his first Easter basket filled with new toys and clothes! Conor enjoyed brunch, he played with spoons and straws and snacked on cookies. We all had so much fun watching him!

Baby Conor's Spring Photo Shoot

Since it will be Conor's first Easter and he has such an adorable new outfit, we decided it was time for another photo shoot. It is "Dallas Blooms" at the Dallas Arboretum, which means that all of the beautiful Spring flowers are in bloom! A perfect backdrop for Baby Conor's Spring photos!

Uncle Bret was so sweet to spend the morning taking some great pictures of Baby Conor. The weather was absolutely gorgeous and Baby Conor was so cooperative! It wore him out though...posing is a lot of work! Thanks Uncle Bret!

Conor bends it like Beckham

Tonight, Conor went to see David Beckham and the LA Galaxy play FC Dallas. Even though we were rooting for the hometown FC Dallas, Conor insisted on wearing his English soccer shirt in support of Beckham. Conor thoroughly enjoyed his first live game. He had more fun being held while we walked around the concourse looking around at everybody. We got to see a few corner kicks by Beckham but unfortunately no goals.

This is the best picture we got of David Beckham (we were kind of far away).

9 month appointment

Conor went to visit Dr. Michaels for his 9 month appointment today. Normally when we go to the doctor's office he is a perfect angel. Unfortunately, this time he was a little pistol. I could tell it was going to be a rough morning when it got the be 7:45 and he was still sound asleep. Needing to get on the road, I had to go and wake him up from his deep slumber. He was a bit groggy for a while but once he woke up I could tell he was in no mood.

We get to the doctor's office and he immediately wants out of his car seat so I ended up having to hold him the whole time. A few minutes after holding him, he spit up all over Daddy's Paul Smith jacket that Daddy was wearing for an important meeting that day. Other than being a bit testy, the doctor said he was absolutely perfect. Here are his stats:

Height: 29.5 inches (85%)

Weight: 20.0 lbs (45%)

Head: 17.75 inches (45%)...apparently he isn't cursed with daddy's big head

Baby Conor is 9 Months Old!

Just a few days shy of his 9 month birthday Baby Conor crawled! Mommy and Daddy looked at each other in disbelief. He saw the remote control and headed straight towards it. He is now unstoppable! Just tonight we sat him on the floor with his toys and not a minute later he was gone. We found him underneath the coffee table. He has officially begun to torment the pugs. When we put him in his walker he runs towards them squeeling at the top of his lungs. He's already run over them several times. Now that he can crawl he's also invading their space...he is infatuated by their bed in front of the fireplace. We found him sitting in it! He loves to yell out "mamamamamama"...although he does not know what it means yet. He barely fits in his changing table which makes changing him quite the task. He is close to not fitting in his little bath tub anymore either...so sad. Conor can now hold his sippy cup all by himself and drink out of it. His grandma bought him this little elephant chair and he sat in it waving at (which his Grandpa taught him to do). This little guy can entertain us for hours!
