Home for the Holidays

Well, we were hoping to do an update sooner...but we were just having too much fun!

We had the privilege of spending the past several days at home with our families.  Conor spent Christmas Eve with Grandma & Grandpa Sano and Aunt Natalie.  Christmas Day was spent with Grandma & Grandpa Pons, Uncle Bobby, Aunt Barb, and Jeramy.  Later that night he went to visit his Grandma & Grandpa Grant, Aunt Lara, and Uncle James.  Wow!  Conor was a busy
little man!

Conor was very entertaining to watch open gifts this year.  When asked "Conor do you want to
open a present?", he would squeal "YEAH!!!".  He would then proceed to tear open the paper or if it was in a gift bag, he would just turn the bag upside down and dump it out.  It was hilarious!

There really is no place like home for the holidays!  We enjoyed some amazing home cooked
meals and some very special quality time with our families. Thank you all for taking such great
care of us! (And for putting up with our silly little pugs...who by the way enjoyed the food too!)
What would we do without you all?  Conor is such a blessed little boy and we are so blessed to
have him!

Here are just a few pictures from Conor's second Christmas.  For the record, we took 252 pictures!!!  Is it any wonder that it was such a difficult task to narrow it down?

Christmas in the Square

Last night we took Conor to Frisco Square to see the light show.  He was mesmerized by the lights and the music.  His particular favorite song was an absolutely horrendous rendetion of Feliz Navidad by Celine Dion.

Silly Conor

This is what Conor did the whole way to the nanny's house.

Building Forts!

Conor has recently become more imaginative when it comes to building forts.  Here are just a few of his creations.

Another Cold Day!

Here's a picture of my two gentlemen before they headed off to school and work this morning.

Baby, It's Cold Outside

Dallas is experiencing the first "Winter Blast" of the season.  Tonight we even got some sleet!  Conor got this super warm hat just in time!  Have you noticed that he loves hats?

Ava's 1st Birthday Party

Today was Ava's 1st Birthday party and Conor was so excited to be invited!  He had so much fun eating blueberries and cupcakes and of course playing with Ava's new toys.

Juice Box!

It's the little things that excite us these days. Conor learned how to drink out of juice box while on a shopping trip at Ikea. It was pretty adorable!

"Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree..."

This past weekend we went out on a mission to find the perfect Christmas Tree. Conor had a blast running through the tree lot. As you can see he had absolutely no interest in helping us decorate. He just sat there eating his snacks while we did all the work.

Pillow Fort

Conor learned how to build a fort with the throw pillows on the couch. He was very proud of himself. He's such a boy!
