This past weekend Baba & Papa came to visit and brought Conor the cutest gift! The Elf on the Shelf is an adorable children's book that comes with a little Elf. The story is about an Elf that watches the children in the house so that he can report back to Santa. Every morning the Elf is supposed to appear in a different place in the house. The child is never to touch the Elf or else he may lose his magical powers. So, the Elf just sits and watches the child from a distance at all times. Conor has named his Elf "Buddy". The funny thing is that he seems to understand this whole idea. He gets so excited and says "look Mommy! Buddy!".
