Weekend with Grandma & Grandpa Pons

Conor spent the weekend with his Grandma & Grandpa Pons. The trip wore him out, he was so happy to get out of that carseat! He had a blast playing and visiting. There was no shortage of attention for Baby Conor. Grandma was with him every waking moment. It never fails that Baby Conor comes back home with a new set of toys and lots of new clothes after a weekend with his grandparents.

We quickly learned that we better clear the coffee table of anything that we didn't want Conor playing with. It now has nothing but Conor's books and toys.

Baby Conor Pulls Himself Up!

Today Baby Conor became determined to pull himself up with the coffee table. He'd been thinking about it for a couple of weeks now, and he finally did it. Now he just needs to learn to balance a little better. We've already had some falls. This is just the first of many bumps and bruises...

Baby Conor is 10 Months Old!

Today Baby Conor is 10 months old! Boy can that baby move! Once he figured out that he could get around, Conor adopted a "commando" style crawl. He follows us everywhere. The kitchen cabinets are a new point of interest for Conor (I guess its time to install those little locks). Conor loves being able to chase the pugs! He and Newman have become great friends. Table foods have become more interesting to Conor; he's not too sure about the textures of new things, but they're quite intriguing. Although Conor is now able to hold his bottle all by himself, he still prefers for Mommy and Daddy to hold it for him. Just recently Conor has been attempting to pull himself up with the coffee table and other furniture. He just LOVES walking around on his tippy toes (assisted by his Daddy of course). Now that he has the "M" sound mastered, Conor has also started to make the "D" sound. We think he's getting close to saying Daddy. When Conor sees his Mommy or Daddy he squeels to greet us. It is just precious! It's impossible not to smile when we hear that sweet sound!

And his CURLS! What can we say about all those curls. Everywhere we go people stop to compliment Baby Conor on his luxurious curls. The ladies just love Conor's hair.

Grandma Veronica gave him a toothbrush so that he could brush his little tooth...he loves the way it feels! It looks like he'll be getting more teeth very soon. Last weekend his Grandma Meg, Grandpa Jim, and Aunt Lara came to visit. His Aunt Lara brought him a new toy puppy that talks and sings...Conor dances when it starts singing...its pretty adorable.

What can we say...Conor is the sweetest and most adorable baby ever! We are loving every moment! Where has the past 10 months gone?
